Notes

Ernie took over the #28 Texaco-Havoline Ford Thunderbird late in 1993
He and Dale Earnhardt were neck and neck in the Winston Cup Championship
Points when Ernie had a life threatening practice accident at Michigan in
August 1994. Kenny Wallace finished out the season in the #28 car.
Ernie won three of the twenty races he ran before he got hurt.
