A look around...The Jack Daniel's Welcome Center!

On Rt. 55, just east of the Lynchburg town square, is the entrance to the Jack Daniel's Visitor Center.

At the entrance to the parking lot is a pair of brick pillars, with an appropriate welcome sign...
After you've parked, you proceed towards the entrance on the beautifully stoned parking lot...
Signs, located in the parking lot, direct you to the entrance of the visitor center.

If it's raining, or snowing for that matter, bring appropriate outerwear. Tours are conducted regardless...
Upon nearing the entrance, you can see that a small stream runs in front of the center.
You've arrived!

You've finally made it to the entrance of the Welcome Center!

Can't make the stairs...no worries!  The center is wheelchair accessible!
As you start up the sidewalk, looking to the left, you can see the stream that meanders by the front of the center.
Looking to the right, the stream continues on...

I wonder where it goes...
A few more steps up the sidewalk and looking left, you can see the left side of the center.  This is where White Rabbit Saloon and bottle shop are located...
Looking to the right, this is where the conference room is located.
Upon entering the main entrance, you see a statue of Jack Daniel.   This is the one that used to be in front of the cave spring.  We are told that this had to be put in place before the roof was put on due to it's weight and the need for a crane...
Just off to the right, it the receptionists desk.  This is where the tours begin...
There are a number of educational exhibits here...
...a picture of the man himself...  Remember to have your picture taken next to him...
...what happens during the aging process...

...the Silver Cornet Band...
