How are pit stall's chosen? by qualifying speeds, the fastest choose their stall and so on.
If qualifying is canceled, then the teams pick by owners points position/race attempts.
If a car/driver has to go to the rear of the field before the start of the race due to driver change, backup car,
engine/transmission change, etc they do NOT lose their pit stall selection
