Supposedly Aaron's will be the sponsor for the first five races, after that, it is unknown. Domino's Pizza will not return as a sponsor. No word if Burger King will return but looks unlikely. Villeneuve tested and ran a few truck series race in 2007 and is scheduled to drive the #27 for at least the first five races in 2008 and see where they stack up in owners points. The is no sponsor and Villeneuve split with longterm manager Craig Pollock in Jan 2008. Pollock had been rumored as buying into the team with Villeneuve somehow. This team was the #36 360 OTC team with driver Jeremy Mayfield in 2007. Looks like Mountain Dew and Amp will be the co-primary sponsors to be announced later in Sept. Hendrick applied for trademarks with the US Patent & Trademark Office for five numbers -- 81, 82, 51, 58 and 38, so one of those could be it. All are available except the #38 which would have to be ok'd by NASCAR and given up by RYR which runs the car with Gilliland or they could keep the #25. Will not bring Budweiser with him.
