The following drivers have the most bonus points in 1999. Drivers gain five(5) bonus points for leading a Winston Cup race and another five bonus points if the driver leads the most laps in a race. If two drivers tie for leading the most laps, both get the extra 5 points.
So to calculate this using the chart,
if a driver has a 9 under Times Led Race, it's 9x5 for 45 points.
If the same driver has Led the most laps in a race 5 times,
it's 5x5 for 25 points. 45 + 24 = 70 total bonus points
That's 45 drivers who have led at least one lap in 1999. All Team/Drivers that have made ALL the races have now led a lap, Dale Earnhardt Jr was the last new 1999 leader to do it at Atlanta on Nov 21st
