Race Comments:  Kurt Busch earned his series-leading third win of the season before a sellout crowd of more than 160,000 at Michigan International Speedway; Prior to the green flag, the following drivers, under penalty, dropped from their original starting positions to the rear of the field for the following reasons: #8 Earnhardt Jr. (engine); #43 Fittipaldi (engine); #5 T. Labonte (engine); #7 Spencer (engine); #11 G. Bodine (backup car).
