    Race Comments:  A crowd estimated at 165,000 watched Jimmie Johnson win the Coca-Cola 600 shortened by rain. During the second caution period, the race was red flagged for 17 minutes due to rain. Prior to the green flag, two cars dropped to the rear of the field, under penalty: #48 Jimmie Johnson (because of an engine change) and #31 Robby Gordon (driver missed pre-race drivers/crew chiefs meeting).
