How are pit stall's chosen?
For the All-Star race, by the finish of the Pit Crew Challenge
For the Sprint Showdown it is by qualifying results, the 1st choose their stall and so on.
If a car/driver has to go to the rear of the field before the start of the race due to driver change, backup car,
engine/transmission change, etc they do NOT lose their pit stall selection
