#19-Martin Truex, Jr.won the Federated Auto Parts 400 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at Richmond Raceway. The win is his 6th win of 2019, 2nd win at Richmond and 25th career win. It is also his second win in a row.
#18-Busch finished 2nd followed by #11-Hamlin, #20-Jones, pole winner #2-Keselowski, #6-Newman, #42-Larson, #4-Harvick, #14-Bowyer, and #41-Suarez.
Truex overcame a late spin while leading to come back and pass Kyle Busch for the lead with 26 laps remaining.
The 1-2-3-4 finish for Joe Gibbs Racing a first for the team.
#4-Harvick and #18-Busch both clinched a spot in the Playoffs Round of 12 on points.
Stage 1 was won by #19-Truex, Jr. Stage 2 was won by #18-Busch.
There were 6 lead changes among 3 drivers and 5 cautions for 32 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 101.437mph.
