Lining up in third for an overtime restart, #1-Sam Mayer clashed with #19-Ty Gibbs, sending Gibbs around. #2-Sheldon Creed escaped with the lead, but #1-Mayer got back by coming to the white flag where he went on to score the victory. It’s the second win of Mayer’s career, both coming in the last four races.
#2-Creed took the checkered flag in second, his best finish of the season. #48-Parker Kligerman placed third, with #91-Ross Chastain and #24-Connor Mosack, who earned his best career finish, rounding out the top five.
#20-John Hunter Nemechek ended up sixth, as #00-Cole Custer, #16-Chandler Smith, #17-Alex Bowman and #27-Jeb Burton completed the top 10.
#19-Gibbs won both stages and led a race-high 70 laps, but finished 17th after spinning in Turn 1.
There were nine lead changes among six drivers and five cautions for 18 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was 86.857 mph.
