For the second time in as many races, #97-Shane van Gisbergen has won at the Chicago Street Course, though this time he was victorious in The Loop 110 Xfinity Series race. It marks his third straight road course victory, becoming the third driver in series history to have three straight road course wins. Van Gisbergen leads the series with three race wins.
#19-Ty Gibbs finished second, overcoming a slow pit stop. #17-Kyle Larson led 12 laps en route to a third-place finish. #48-Parker Kligerman placed fourth after starting the race at the rear of the field due to an engine change. #2-Jesse Love rounded out the top five and tied van Gisbergen for the most laps led (14).
#88-Connor Mosack, #21-Austin Hill, #15-Joey Logano, #7-Justin Allgaier and #32-Austin Green completed the top 10.
Van Gisbergen racked up six playoff points by winning the race and the opening stage. #21-Hill won Stage 2.
