#2-Tyle Reddick won the Ford Ecoboost 300 NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Homestead-Miami Speedway and the 2019 NASCAR XFINITY Series Championship. The win is his 6th win of 2019, 2nd at Homestead and 9th career win. He is the first driver to win back to back XFINITY championships with different teams.
#00-Custer finished 2nd followed by #98-Briscoe, #9-Gragson, #20-Bell, #23-Nemechek, #22-Cindric, #19-Jones, #8-Burton, and #18-Burton.
#2-Reddick started from the p0le and lead 85 laps. He took the lead from Custer with 19 laps remaining and won by just over a second.
#00-Custer had to pit on lap 61 with a loose right rear wheel. He lost a lap and fell to 32nd, but was able to get back on the lead lap at the end of stage 2. He moved back to the front and was able to battle for the lead during the late stages of the race.
#20-Bell lead 37 laps, but missed pit road during green flag pit stops with 40 laps to go and wasn’t able to recover. He finished 5th.
#7-Allgaier had to pit with 12 to go after he got in the wall and a tire went down. He finished 14th, a lap down.
#98-Briscoe is the 2019 XFINITY Series Rookie of the Year.
