UPDATE: The rain-delayed NASCAR Cup Series race from New Hampshire averaged a 1.3 rating and 2.11 million viewers on NBCSN, down a tick in ratings and 5% in viewership from last year’s August race (1.4, 2.21M) and down 24% in both measures from 2019 (1.7, 2.79M). Excluding the portion of the race that aired prior to an early — and lengthy — red flag, ratings were flat and viewership increased 1% over last year (to 2.30M).
The corresponding Xfinity Series race averaged a 0.7 and 1.08 million on NBCSN Saturday. There was no comparable race last year.
ORIGINAL POST: NBCSN earned a 1.26 rating with 2.113 million visitors for Sunday’s Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
The ratings are down from the previous two years.
Sunday’s race was impacted by rain, encountering a long red flag and having to be cut 10 laps short at the finish.
