Michaell Annett failed to qualifying for the race at Atlanta when he didn’t get a chance to qualify
as the team couldn’t get the #46 car thru inspection before qualifying started and was over.
Brain Scott was scheduled to run the #33 car at Atlanta, but offered up the ride to Annett, who is running a full season.
