A second date at California was almost a certainty. Texas, may get a second date, but Bill France supposedly would want to see Texas get some things done around the track before giving it a second date(not sure what things). I hear Las Vegas reps that were at the California race have been assured of a March date and are possibly working on some sponsorship for the race(6-26-97)
