Jack Roush says his three-car Winston Cup operation is running so smoothly that he just might expand to a fourth team next season. Adding a fourth team might not sit that well with Roush’s current three teams. But there is speculation that Roush has his eye on Kenny Irwin, the promising young Truck Series racer.
