Saw this interview last night, think Bodine is unhappy with QVC: Geoff Bodine’s troubles got a little deeper yesterday when he failed to make the field for today’s 400. ”I’ve won here at Daytona, and it just won’t feel right watching a race,” Bodine said. ”The bottom line is my sponsor just didn’t give us enough money to run this race team. We’ve been stretching the money as far as we could, and I guess our performance has shown that. We’ve had problems the last month or so. We started the season really strong, hoping the financial problems were going to get solved. But they didn’t solve that, and now we’ve finally stretched the dollar till it broke.”
