Here is a WILD rumor: Jimmy Spencer moving to RCR and taking the #31 ride from Skinner. Apparently, the RJR sponsorship will go with him to the new ride?? Hmmm…what of Lowes and Skinner?? According to my sources this will not happen, Spencer plans on staying with Travis Carter(7-14-97)
