Per RPM2Nite and Speedworld: Rick Hendrick’s(owner #’s 5,24,25) trial on bribery charges has been postponed a second time because of the Winston Cup team owner’s failing health. Hendrick is undergoing chemotherapy for leukemia. District Judge Lacy Thornburg, listened to conflicting medical testimony before agreeing to a postponement to 9-22-97. But another delay is unlikely(7-25-97)
