From the John Andretti site newsletter: “The other big news…..Jeff Gordon will leave the Hendrick’s stable to form his own team with the $30 million that Nike is giving him. Nothing will be on the car except the Nike “swoosh”. I think if that comes true, it’ll be very interesting. We will see if he can handle the responsibilities of being an owner”.
