About Geoff Bodine’s sponsorship search, John Porter, one of his partners, is involved with a company called WorldCom, and WorldCom was all set to sponsor the team. But WorldCom is merging with MCI, and as long as that merger is pending WorldCom can’t take on new ventures like sponsoring a race team.
