Looks like Ron Hornaday is expected to drive the #1 Pennzoil Chevy at Darlington and Bristol(he has a conflict for Texas). Hornaday will test at Darlington and if goes well, he will drive the car. Looks like Steve Park is going to be out four or five months. While the car was so torn up it may never be known for sure, it appears a shock pin broke in the right front of the car causing the wreck. I also hear Morgan Shepherd may run some races in the car. Dale Earnhardt would like to get one driver in the car once things settle down so the crew does not have to deal with a revolving driver situation. There is also talk about running Park in three races in the fall and running for Rookie of the Year in 1999(3-7-98)
