The race is on for the Winston. Sterling Marlin is one of 18 drivers that have positions for the May 16 Winston at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Marlin qualifies for the 19th position and serves as a threat to some being that he is a former winner of the 1996 Winston 500 at Talladega.
