Tom Gloy and Bobby Rahal, co-owners of the #55 Icehouse Ford running in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, made the first step towards changing their driver setup for this season. DAVE REZENDES of Assonet MA has been thanked for his contributions to the team and wished the best in his future racing endeavors. No new driver has yet been named, although it is thought that some discussions have already been held with at least one other driver. The team is “in the process of evaluating the ICEHOUSE Truck program and will announce a new driver in the near future.” They will race next week at Evergreen Speedway in Monroe Washington for the NAPACard 200, which will be shown live on TBS at 12:30pm/pt(RacingPR website, Lynne “Press Snoop” Huntting via the StockCarFans Newsletter)(5-1-98)
