John Wilson who left as head engine builder at Joe Gibbs Racing a few weeks ago appears to have lined up a new gig working for PE2 and Kyle Petty. Wilson worked closely with Petty for several years as his engine builder at SABCO Racing. Since the departure of head engine builder David Evans PE2 has yet to replace him, Wilson would fill that void. When Evans left PE2 his job was to build qualifying engines for both Kyle Petty and John Andretti.(MRN-Marty)(5-6-98) (05-06-1998)
