From an AP story: “Five people died early today when a civilian helicopter crashed into a highway. The chopper was so badly damaged that investigators were having trouble determining its identification number and the origin of the flight.” The victims had attended the Coca-Cola 600 and had just left there. Authorities confirmed that the victims are not any of the NASCAR owners or drivers.
