1998 Busch North series champion Mike Stefanik clinched his second straight series championship over the weekend. He was able to clinch the championship in part due to his Busch south races. He should also wrap up his second Modified series championship soon, making him the only NASCAR driver to win two touring series titles in one season, two years in a row.
