Hermie Sadler announced today he has been given permission by Diamond Ridge Motorsports owner Gary Bechtel to look into other opportunities for the 1999 racing season. Sadler, who has another year remaining on his contract with Diamond Ridge, says he asked for permission to seek other options due to the unsettled sponsorship with his team.(NASCAR Online), rumor has DeWalt tools going to the #17 Matt Kenseth ride and Phillips 66 leaving the #66 team.
