UPDATE: David Green failed to make the field for the NAPA AutoCare 500, but a regular job driving Larry Hedrick’s #41 Kodiak Chevrolet is his for the asking. Team manager Mike Hill said Green’s failure to make the field would not affect the decision and confirmed that an offer had been made. Green is under no pressure to make up his mind any time soon.
