Have heard NOTHING to confirm any rumors that Darrell Waltrip would a third Yates car in 1999 or replace Kenny Irwin in the #28. As far as everything I hear, is that Irwin returns to the #28 in 1999 and the DW news is in a note on this page from the 22nd(11-24-98) (11-24-1998)
