I hear Jeff Fuller will again be driving for the #89 NorthStar Motorsports for 1999. Leon Fox will now be the crew chief and the team is switching from Ford’s to Chevy’s. Heritage Consumer Products will continue their sponsorship for 1999 as they did 98.(12-16-98)
