The RYR #28 Texaco team will be moving closer to the Charlotte Motor Speedway. After considering several places team owner Robert Yates has settled on buying Stacey Compton’s old NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series shop. The shop has a total of 12,000 square feet, which will provide room for about eight cars one team member estimates. The shop does not have a paint booth so the team will have to send cars down I-85 to the main Yates shop to have any repair work or painting done( Marty’s Two Cents-MRN )(12-18-98) (12-18-1998)
