No Cup drivers went out for 3rd round qualifying Tuesday. I see Norm Benning listed in the Twin 125’s but I didn’t think he qualified as he was too slow. — my understanding now is that since Benning reached the required speed in practice, NASCAR will allow the team to run in the Twin 125’s
