The new Monte Carlo will be wind tunnel tested today by Richard Childress Racing, then return to the tunnel with NASCAR officials on hand this Friday. Engineers working on the program say they have no doubts the car will be approved and ready to race in time for the Brickyard 400 on Aug. 7.( Times-Dispatch )
