Charles Hardy, who was the owner of the #35 Ortho Chevy in the CTS, is still planning on having a team in 1999 despite losing Ortho as a primary sponsor, along with driver Ron Barfield. Hardy, whose team has yet to find a replacement sponsor(or driver), says he will run a limited six- to eight-race slate on the CTS this year(Country Cool/UPI)(3-3-1999)
