A new paint scheme will be announced on 4/11/99( StockCarFans Newsletter ) — UPDATE: I hear it will be a Wrangler Paint Scheme — UPDATE 2: Dale Earnhardt’s #3 Chevrolet will be painted in the blue and yellow colors he used from 1981 to 1987 when Wrangler was his primary sponsor.
