Joe Bessey and the #6 Power Team Chevrolet have sat idle from competition for much of the 1999 NASCAR Busch Series season. But the responsibilities of being a rookie owner in Winston Cup has caused Bessey to cut his own schedule of Busch Series racing back to a limited schedule. His only start of the season was at Rockingham, where he was involved in a wreck and finished 38th. Since then, the team has made some personnel changes and will be at the track frequently this month – running three Busch Series events in the month of May. Loudon, NH, Nazareth, PA and Charlotte. In preparation for the Loudon event, the #6 team spent Tuesday testing at the Greenville-Pickens(SC) Speedway.
