Jerry Glanville, the former NFL coach and network TV commentator, will attempt to qualify for the Dover BGN event. He made qualifying attempts at California and Las Vegas but failed to make the field. Glanville, who has also raced in the NASCAR Truck series, hasn’t made a Grand National race since 1993 and has six career starts. His best finish was 20th in 1992 at Volusia County(FL)(That’s Racin’)(6-2-1999)
