I hear Roland Wlodyka of the #98 truck is going to Dale Phelon’s #66 as Crew Chief for Mike Stefanik and that Rodney Haygood, who was laid off by the #6 Remax team last week (the whole team was shut down by the owner Marshall Chesrown) will be going to the #98 of Kevin Harvick as Crew Chief. No idea how this effects current #66 crew chief, Emory Donaldson(7-19-1999) – UPDATE: Roland Wlodyka has resigned as crew chief of the #98 Porter-Cable Power Tools Ford F-150, it was announced Monday by Jim Herrick, owner of Liberty Racing, which fields the #98 truck on the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Wlodyka’s resignation is effective immediately. Rodney Haygood has been selected as interim crew chief, Herrick announced. Haygood comes to Liberty after a successful stint as the crew chief for Chesrown Racing and driver Rick Carelli. Under Haygood’s guidance, Carelli won twice, including a race earlier this season in Bakersfield, Calif. Haygood will assume the interim duties for this weekend’s goracing.com 200 at Michigan Speedway.
