Had many questions about the #89 BGN chevy and Jeff Fuller not being in the race at Myrtle beach. the story: The #89 was not Fuller’s car. They had Nathan Buttke use the number due to Owners points. Supposedly Fullers sponsor, Heritage Consumer Products has not paid for the 2nd half of the year yet. Northstar doesn’t usually run Myrtle Beach anyway. Unless Heritage decides to the 2nd half of the season the team will probably miss the next 3 races(7-20-1999) – UPDATE: The #89 team had no sponsor at Pike Peak and didn’t come back to North Carolina this week, opting to travel and stay in the St Louis area and prepare for this weeks race at Gateway(7-29-1999)
