hearing from a few readers that #99 crew chief, Frank Stoddard was on local New Hampshire radio show(WGIR-FM and WHEB) and was asked about the rumor of his leaving Roush to take over for Ray Evenham in the #24 car. Stoddard stated that while he was flattered to be considered for the #24 crew chief’s position, he would stay with Jeff Burton, “the driver who gave him his WC opportunity” and that he would not leave for any amount of money
