As the sweepstakes winner, Flanagan has already won a 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo and an all-expenses-paid trip for four to the Oct. 9 NASCAR Busch Series, Grand National Division race at Lowe’s Motor Speedway at Charlotte, N.C. Flanagan will also win $1 million at that race if Randy LaJoie, driver of the No. 1 Bob Evans Restaurants Racing Chevrolet, is the winner(9-30-1999)
