Billy Boat still doesn’t have a contract to drive for A.J. Foyt next season, and the way Foyt addressed the subject Tuesday in a conference call, it doesn’t sound promising. When Foyt was asked about Boat and teammate Kenny Brack’s status, he said: “Both drivers’ contracts are up (after Sunday’s race at Texas Motor Speedway). They’re free agents.
