Security was breached by someone who cut a hole in the chain-link fence surrounding the Cup haulers at Talladega and who broke into several trailers, including those of Felix Sabates, Robert Yates and Cale Yarborough. Other rigs were tampered with but not broken into. Garage security is usually provided by police dogs. There was no immediate explanation from NASCAR for the security breach or what damage might have been done( PitNow )
