Mike Bliss, who recently left the #30 Eel River Racing team and decided not to accept their 2000 deal, has not yet signed with AJ Foyt’s #14 Conseco team yet, but Bliss said on Friday’s RPM2Nite that he had a verbal agreement with the team and the reason he left Eel River Racing was that the sponsor deal fell through and the team couldn’t guarantee that it would run in 2000 without a sponsor
