AMPRO Racing a division of AMPRO Sports of Philadelphia, PA has entered into the NASCAR arena, and has big plans for 2000. They have a private line of apparel for motorsports called “IN THE PITS” (R) TM ( [email protected] ) and is working on driver lines and team lines for 2000. AMPRO Racing was issued a apparel license by NASCAR back in June and with its other licensing from Ford and GM, it will combine special new designs and printing processes not seen in motorsports. AMPRO Racing is a division of AMPRO Sports which is the nations third largest provider of printed apparel. They have extensive distribution working with Kmart, Wal-Mart and other mass retailers and have plans on going trackside for 2000 with several drivers. AMPRO Racing division is headed by Alan Winninger who has worked in NASCAR racing for over 12 years and brings extensive experience in apparel.
