To honor Ernie Irvan’s retirement and career after suffering a career-ending injury at Michigan almost three months ago Irvan will cruise one lap around the Atlanta Motor Speedway in a specially designed #36 M&M’s car after driver introductions are completed on Nov 21st in the Cup season finale. It will be a final and fitting tribute to Irvan, who won 15 races during his 13-year career.
