Officials at Roush Racing issued a media advisory Sunday morning at NCS announcing a press conference for Thursday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The subject of the press conference, according to the advisory, is to introduce “a new multi-year primary sponsor for Kevin Lepage and the #16 team.” While Lepage nor officials of the Roush Racing operation would reveal the new sponsor, sources told goracing.com that the press conference would name Northern Light Technology as the team’s primary sponsor for at least the next two years. Kevin Lepage will drive the new FamilyClick.com #16 Ford Taurus for the 2000 Winston Cup series. As part of the partnership, Roush Racing will become an equity investor in FamilyClick.com, and FamilyClick will become the official Internet service of Roush Racing.
