Jason Small, the youngest rookie ever in the long-running NASCAR Winston West Series will be a rookie again this year, a rookie in the CTS. Small Motorsports has acquired a Craftsman Truck from Ron Hornaday Jr. The team will be running the full Winston West season and a few CTS races starting at Mesa-Marin(Racing West)(3-18-2000)
