UPDATE 2: Tom Hubert, a fabricator at Bill Davis Racing who drove in two Cup races last season, will drive for Davis’ Grand National team the rest of the season. Rookie Mike Borkowski started the season before being replaced by Cup rookie Dave Blaney. Hubert finished 21st at Myrtle Beach last weekend and was 29th at South Boston two weeks ago(Roanoke Times)(6-24-2000)
